Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 7, 2026
Accord (the "app") is published by Steeve Cayla, sole proprietor (France). This policy describes what data is processed when you use the app, why, and what your rights are.
1. Data we process
Without an account — the color features (capture, calibration, harmonies, history) run entirely on your device, no account needed:
- Photos and captured colors: never sent to a server, stored only on your device.
With an account (Sign in with Apple or Google, required for the wardrobe):
- Account identifier and email (if provided): to authenticate you, managed by Supabase (our database and authentication provider).
- Wardrobe photos and extracted colors: stored privately, tied to your account — no one else can access them.
Advertising:
- Google AdMob: we ask for your consent (GDPR) before showing personalized ads. If you decline, you'll still see ads, just non-personalized ones. See our dedicated page.
2. What we don't do
- We don't sell your data to third parties.
- We don't send your photos or colors to a server if you don't have an account.
3. Legal basis and retention
Account and wardrobe data: performance of the service (GDPR art. 6.1.b), kept as long as your account is active. Non-personalized advertising: legitimate interest (funding the free version).
4. Hosting and processors
- Supabase (database, photo storage, and authentication).
- Google AdMob (advertising).
- Apple / Google (sign-in, if you use the wardrobe).
5. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have a right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data. You can delete your account and all associated data directly from the app (Profile tab), or by contacting us.
Contact: contact@accord.micro-apps.dev
You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French data protection authority) or your local supervisory authority.
6. Children
The app is not specifically directed at children and does not knowingly collect data about them.
7. Changes
This policy may change. The last-updated date appears at the top of this document; significant changes will be announced in the app.
