1. Purpose

Accord is a mobile app that helps you pick colors that go well together from a photo, and lets you organize a personal wardrobe. The app is published by Steeve Cayla, sole proprietor (France).

2. User account

The color feature (capture, calibration, harmonies, history) doesn't require an account. The wardrobe requires an account, created via Sign in with Apple or Google. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and can delete it at any time from the Profile tab.

3. Content you add

Photos you add to your wardrobe must be yours or ones you have the right to use. Don't upload illegal content or content that infringes on someone else's rights.

4. Availability and liability

Accord is provided "as is", without guarantee of continuous availability. Color harmony suggestions are indicative and based on general aesthetic rules — the final result depends on personal taste.

5. Termination

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Profile tab. We may suspend an account in case of abuse.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its design, and its code are the property of the publisher.

7. Changes

These terms may change. The last-updated date appears at the top of this document; significant changes will be announced in the app.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.
